About me

After overcoming my  own struggles with weight and dieting,  I became passionate about helping others to achieve their goals and live a happy, healthy and energetic life.

As a Latina working mom and woman, I understand the struggles of maintaining a nutritious eating and a healthy weight.  As a Registered Dietitian, with 15 years of experience, I know the solutions.  My goal is to help you create a balance in your life so healthy eating becomes possible without the struggles of dieting.

I wholeheartedly believe that you can achieve your best self using realistic and non-restrictive nutrition strategies. Despite all you have heard, it could be simple! I can help you find what works best for YOU. As an RD I have experience with weight loss, diabetes, renal disease pre-dialysis, pregnancy, lactation and the novel coronavirus.
